
Wednesday morning the Appeals Court ordered Judge Sullivan to dismiss the case against General Michael Flynn former National Security Advisor to President Donald Trump.
Despite the State announcing it’s desire to no longer pursue the charges against General Flynn, in an odd decision, Judge Sullivan stalled to keep the ridiculous legal proceedings going.

According to the Federalist, “A top federal appeals court on Wednesday ordered a lower court to grant the Department of Justice’s motion to dismiss all charges against Michael Flynn, who previously served as the White House National Security Adviser.”
General Flynn’s all star attorney Sidney Powell carefully laid out the case of how the FBI used their power to set General Flynn up because he was seen as a threat to their diabolical plan to take down President Trump.
Wednesday the notes that proved to be the golden ticket to prove the FBI had abused their power against a United States citizen who is a distinguished member of the military and was a high ranking member of the Presidential cabinet.
